On-line booking service poor, hotel staff good. Poor choice and quality of food available., too many buffets which were not good value. Expensive drinks and no draught beer. Very poor information about restrictions for visitors to the island (stay within perimeter fence). Outside music by the pool far too loud. Had to ask for toilet paper and broken light on balcony reported but not fixed.

staying in TULIP INN HAWAR BEACH HOTEL was a very nice experience for me and my wife but due to its recent reopening there was few activities and entertainment options. few things i didn't like and i was expecting to find in such 4 star hotel; first is there was no hair dryer in the room, second there was no shops of any kind and no pharmacy. as a hotel in gulf region there should be sign for QIBLA (for praying) in each room; we had to ask the reception to tell us the direction. overall it was nice,the room was clean and comfortable with very nice seaview, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good though it was only one restaurant that serve food.
